Since I’ve been testing it on my account you can see a lot of connections in the screenshot. For you, since it would be your first connection you will just see the connect new button.

Click on the Folder drop-down and select your desired destination for the Carousel.

I created the folder on my drive with the title Posts From PostNitro.

Click on the File drop-down and select Carousel Url.

Since we pass three parameters to Zapier, the Carousel Url parameter contains the carousel post in PDF format. The URL sent here is a public link to the PDF document.

Click on the Convert to Document drop-down and select False. Since we are already passing the data in PDF format, conversion here is not required.

Click on the File Name drop-down and select the Carousel Name parameter. This is the same name users set for their carousel posts.

To publish via Zapier. Create your Carousel post and click on the Download button. Preview your carousel (make any changes if necessary). Then click on the Export to Zapier button.

On success, you will be notified that the carousel post has been sent to Zapier for further action.

The Export to Zapier button will be disabled here to avoid the carousel post being sent multiple times to the integration for publishing.

Conclusion

The above example is just one of many integrations that can be built using Zapier.

Send your carousel PDF to your Slack channel or create email drafts. Your imagination is your only limitation.

We will be creating pre-made templates soon for you to use, making it easier to transfer your information.

If you have any questions, you can contact us using the chat widget on our website or by email at support@postnitro.ai.

PS: at the moment, only one Zap is supported with one workspace on PostNitro. We’ll be working on expanding this functionality soon ;)
