Significant changes are coming to PostNitro, and I wanted you to hear it directly from me.

If you've been following us closely, you might have noticed something from the image above – Seerat has decided to leave PostNitro. His official last day was May 31st, 2025, and honestly, it's taken me a while to get accustomed to this change.
He left because he recently landed a spectacular job that started putting serious strain on his ability to juggle his 9-5 and PostNitro. I completely get it—we've all been there.
What we built together
Together, Seerat and I built PostNitro from the ground up: from zero users to 40k+ users, zero to over $4k MRR. We spent two years absolutely dominating the carousel creation market.
Some of our biggest accomplishments:
- Refined the UI to perfection, creating the most intuitive carousel editor in the market
- Built the first-ever carousel-focused SDK
- Moved away from 3rd party services for PDF, PNG, and MP4 generation, building our own complete solution
- Launched the first carousel-focused Chrome extension
Our vision for PostNitro was never to create just another basic content generation platform—we wanted to be the best and the go-to solution! We never settled for less and always pushed each other to the limit.

We started a revolution
Soon, we realized that we had sparked something bigger. Other tools were in the market long before us. Still, now I see a new carousel editor pop up almost every other day that is an exact replica of ours—in some cases, I have trouble distinguishing between PostNitro and the competition.
Haha, you know you've made it when you start seeing cloneable templates of your platform on Github, and your competitors start blocking you on X (Twitter) 😂
Moving forward solo
I've purchased Seerat's stakes in PostNitro, and he's decided to step away from the platform entirely. He's an excellent software engineer, and if you ever need help with anything, I bet he'd be more than happy to assist.
As some of you might know, we've been pushing hard for PostNitro v2, which is expected to be completed in July. I'll be releasing the beta version first to a very close group of users so they can test it out and provide feedback by the end of this month.
The new team
I've started delegating all my marketing tasks to my wife (haha, some of you might have even interacted with her on PostNitro's social channels). She's a seasoned software engineer as well, but I'm impressed by her approach to marketing – further solidifying my belief that developers make pretty good marketers 😅
On June 23rd, our first employee (a software engineer) is joining us. From what I've seen, he's an exceptional coder with a keen sense of problem-solving. I'm excited and nervous to see how it turns out as I transition from job seeker to creator.
So, I lost one, but I'm gaining two. Haha, that doesn't seem like a bad trade-off.
What's next
A mentor recently told me that this is just a test – tough times show you the kind of person you are, and over time, you start to find comfort in the chaos. I think I'm getting pretty good at handling pressure.
With v2, we're going to flip the script entirely. I've planned three months in advance, and each iteration will push us to be the best at what we do and set new trends.

If you read this far, thank you! I really appreciate your support and love. Keep rooting for us – I promise we won't disappoint.
