2. Plus plans — API credits included
Creator+ ($30/month, 200 credits) and Team+ ($60/month, 500 credits) bundle Embed API credits into the plan itself, so the REST API, the CLI, or the MCP server can be driven without buying the add-on separately. A Plus plan is identical to the plan it is based on in every other limit and feature.

3. Embed API add-on (optional)
The other route to programmatic access — the REST API, MCP server, CLI, and agent skill all draw on it. This is how a Starter, Creator, or Team subscriber buys API access without moving to a Plus plan. $10/month for 250 credits, purchased on top of a paid plan. Credit volume can be increased. There is no free tier for the add-on.
Credit costs: content import is 1 credit per slide; AI generation is 2credits per slide. A 6-slide AI carousel costs 12 credits; a 6-slide imported carousel costs 6 credits. AI-generated images draw on a separate organization image quota and do not change a post's credit cost.
