Which platforms can I create for, and which can PostNitro publish to?

You can create content for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter) and Threads. PostNitro publishes natively to four of those: LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and Threads. X is supported as a content source and an export format, not as a publishing destination.

Does PostNitro actually publish, or just remind me to?

It publishes. Scheduled posts go out to the platform automatically at the time you set — there is no reminder to action and nothing to confirm on your phone. Scheduling and connected social accounts start on the Creator plan.

PNG (one file per slide), PDF (a single document, which is what LinkedIn carousels use), MP4 for video posts, and DESIGN — an editable design rather than a rendered file, which is how an agent can draft something for you to finish in the editor.

Is the video AI-generated?

No. Video output is your carousel slides rendered as an MP4, with animated slide text and audio you add to the export. It is a design feature rather than a generative video model — and it is how carousel content reaches TikTok, which static-export tools cannot do.

A topic or keyword, raw text you have already written, an article or blog URL, or an X (Twitter) post or thread. You can also import your own slide content and let PostNitro design it without an AI writing step.

Can I use my own branding?

Yes, and this is the part a publishing API cannot do. Upload your fonts, colours, logo and headshots as a brand kit, and every template redraws in your identity when you apply it. The number of brand kits depends on your plan.

Can an AI agent use PostNitro?

Yes. There is an MCP server with 35 tools, a CLI (npm install -g @postnitro/cli), a REST API, and a Skill for OpenClaw. PostNitro is also listed in Claude’s Connector Directory, so Claude connects in one click with no API key to fetch. Programmatic access is a $10/month add-on on a paid plan.

How many templates are there?

Over 100, all editable, all 4:5. You can customise any of them and save it as your own template to reuse — by hand, or by name from an agent.

There is a free plan and no credit card is required to start. Paid plans begin at $15/month. Scheduling and social publishing start on the Creator plan. Programmatic access for agents and developers is a separate $10/month add-on, or bundled into a Plus plan.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

You can cancel any time by logging in and selecting account closure; the account terminates on the next billing date. Paid subscription fees are refundable within seven days of purchase, at which point all granted licences terminate immediately.
